I recently purchased an out-of-state property for investment purposes. When I needed a local title company to assist me with a remote closing, I called several companies. So in the past I worked with the branch Manager who I would highly recommend. However just recently after selling my home 2 months later this company contacts me ( leaves a voice message) regarding a payment that was suppose to go through escrow was neglected to be paid in full because it wasn’t documented by one of there agents on the sellers invoice. I was there to meet seller to open escrow for land purchase. Door was locked due to COVID protocol but the receptionist open the door. The receptionist told me call to and make an appointment before coming. It’s pretty long story but overall very poor customers service . End up canceling my service with them. No thanks will not give my business to Chicago Title was mistreated really bad.
