Will definitely never be using Chicago Title Company again. We worked with Noelle at the Denver Tech Center location. From the beginning, the communication during the entire process was chaotic. Even though all of our closing paperwork had two borrowers on it, Noelle would only send important documents to one of us and not both which created lots of confusion. Cathy Philips lost our package with 2000 CASHIER CHECK in it. You don't get that money back. After weeks of harassing phone calls to not only my place of work but my bank now threatening a lawyer for THEM LOSING THE CASHIER CHECK Tried calling to figure this out and all i get is threats and being told I'm in the wrong. I've been trying everything to fix this (calling banks, ups) but I'm told that paying ANOTHER 2000 is the only way to prevent them from sending lawyers my way. Very nice and professional. Worried about getting there before they closed. When I got there the lady that helped me asked if I was the lady she spoke to earlier hoping to get their in time. I am in HR and totally would hire her! Represented her Company well!
