The manager is very professional. dresses with style and fashion. Most importantly I am an investor. And this title company is always much smoother in the transaction.
My experience with Lisa Nicholson was adversarial and she she seemed more intent on causing problems than solving them. She demanded to review confidential divorce documents that were not required and she did not appear to understand the definition of a “lien”. Ultimately her lawyer had to get involved to clear up the problems she caused. While everyone else at Chicago Title was helpful and competent, there are too many other closing companies available to have to endure Lisa….
Chicago title & their team are always on top of each transaction and can handle any issue that comes up! As a realtor, I greatly appreciate how professional, accommodating and meticulous they are with each transaction! Kaitlin, Alex, Darci & Valerie are a great team!
Chicago title helped me get my dream home. They were so professional. During our closing there was an unhappy customer that was being loud and obnoxious who happened to be closing at the same time as us. The staff were handling it with the most professional attitudes and courtesy I have ever seen. They did everything to make me feel like the priority even when there was other closings that were going on. 10/10 would close here again.
