I’m so MAD right now , had the longest day ever with a sick child just to stop by this location for a quick bite since I haven’t eaten since 9AM .. just for my order to be a complete disaster.. I paid for LARGE fries only to receive approximately 7 in the box (I counted) I paid for a LARGE drink only go receive a KIDS drink with NO ICE… NO I did not check my bag before pulling off because I had already waited in line for 20 minutes , surly that’s enough time to make sure the order is correct as an EMPLOYEE ! Seeing those Chick Fil A ads about the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich made me cave and get it once... and never again. I chose to order ahead on the app and pick it up via drive through. I'm not sure what was up but I think they have a worker shortage. My food was ready when I pulled up to the window though. My sweet tea wasn't filled to the top. Ordered food for my kid and the fries were so brown I tried them and was sooooooo crunchy like chips. Didn’t have time to take them back but annoyed I wasted money
This has to be the dumbest design of a chickfila I've ever seen. There is no drive thru, you have to park and wait for someone to come to your window to take your order and when it rains, you get soaked just to get your food. Whoever designed this location needs to be fired immediately. The food was good service sucked. This place needs to be shut down.
I came to eat here on my birthday. The staff is top notch! Even while it was busy, their service was awesome! They made me feel special on my birthday. It’s something little, but made a big difference for me!
