I have a 17 year-old nonverbal Artistic son and they handled him with so much support and patience. They were awesome and I believe he Felt secure and safe he did very well. I will definitely be recommending them real good vibes, clean and great customer service.
The nurses and dentist were very kind and we were in and out of there. My daughter had a good first visit to the Dentist.
Unfortunately, Don’t waste your time. My experience struggled in the following areas of improvement: - better checking process: the staff was friendly but a little chaotic. Unsure of what papers to ask me to fill as a first time patient. Some were completed by me prior to my visit. Some were completed when I first arrived and more paperwork about 20minutes into me waiting in the back to be seen. They make you wait about 45 minutes just to be seen for 5 minutes. I grew up not scared to go to the dentist and now with kids I dread going to take them in. The wait, the staff (dental assistant and dentist) all suck. They don’t know how to work with children especially with special needs children. I only bring my kid here because the other dentist are to full to take any new clients with my insurance.
The front desk staff is great but the actual doctor is Terrible!! We waited 35mins for her to see my daughter just for a cleaning. The doctor loves to “keep a watch on cavities” instead of filling them so that way she has to do a crown! They are just trying to make money anyway they can! Do Not take your child to the Antioch location!
