I can’t recommend this children’s dental office enough I first brought my 4-year-old daughter here and had such a great experience that I decided to bring my other two daughters as well. The dental assistants are amazing—always friendly and so good at explaining to the kids what they’re going to do. The dentists are thorough, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I have. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful every time we come in. I feel like it was very chaotic, I felt like my daughter was just a number to the anesthesiologist and they weren't good at explaining everything they were doing. They said they were going to tell me if they would be able to just pull the teeth instead of crowning them and how many she would get before they started the procedure but, nobody told me until she was waking up from the anesthesia. Would not recommend this dentist office for any child. I took my 4 year old daughter who does have some fear of the dentist. They took x rays and doctor walked in he acted like he didnt even want to touch my daughter and looked at her teeth with the mirror and immediately said he would refer her for sedation.!! Why would you do that with a child you barely met?? My daughter had also been cooperating up to this point so for him to assume she may not during treatment truly upset me!! Used to be so nice. Communication between staff and staff and patients are getting worse. I came to the counter to check my kid in when we first got in. Hadn't had a chance to say anything and was told to take a seat and someone would be with us. I was thinking in my head, how would you know who we were to call us? 15 minutes went by and nothing, so I came up to the counter again to a different receptionist, she proceeded to ask for my kids name and appointment time. I’m extremely happy that I found a dentist that my daughters and I love! Everyone is so nice from the front to the back office and doctors! On our first visit, my daughter was super nervous and the assistant made her feel so comfortable - I wish I could have remembered her name! I highly recommend this place!
