I searched for a while I even went to a dental office where my child was put NPO since midnight and her surgery was at 9am we didn’t start anything till 11. The receptionist were eating at the table in front of all the kids just for me to sit there for two hours. Our first visit had to be postponed due to how busy the doctor was and they were very apologetic that we had to reschedule and did everything they could to make the situation right. During the second visit my daughter was seen by Dr. Lam who was kind and knowledgeable. The Hygienists were friendly and explained everything to myself and my daughter to help ease her anxiety. The dentist who saw my son today commented on how “chunky” he is and “how much does he weigh?!” He’s not even 2. I should have stood up for my son but I didn’t and I feel guilty about it. I’m sick of older women making rude uncalled for comments about peoples bodies to their faces thinking it’s okay just because they’re children. No maam. My 7yr old son just loves this place . They are so patient with kids and parents and take their time to work on kids . Dr Jackie and her senior assistant Christie did such an amazing job on my 7yr old . They both walked us through the procedure and explained my son everything that they were going to do . They both created a very relaxing vibe for my son to be trusting them and to cooperate . My son had his first appointment and they did their best to make him as comfortable as possible! Not only that but everyone i met was so kind and respectful. I was in and out even though i had forgot some things. Would recommend 🙂↕️
