The anesthesiologist and staff were extremely helpful and made sure patient and parent comfort was a top priority. Dental procedures for the littles can be extremely stressful and scary, this office took the nerves away and did not make me feel like a bad parent because my child needed dental work done. I was also impressed that everything had been transferred over without me having to fill out the same documents over and over. Overall great experience.

This place has gone down hill when we first started going here from the pictures they have posted that's what it looks like but I recently went to take my son back and it's gone down hill from the waiting room being packed and no sitting and the staff running around and laughing loud like it's high school. From having an appt and then seeing 4 other people that came in after us go before us then being told twice to see our insurance card because they cant cant scan it right. I feel like it was very chaotic, I felt like my daughter was just a number to the anesthesiologist and they weren't good at explaining everything they were doing. They said they were going to tell me if they would be able to just pull the teeth instead of crowning them and how many she would get before they started the procedure but, nobody told me until she was waking up from the anesthesia. I can’t recommend this children’s dental office enough I first brought my 4-year-old daughter here and had such a great experience that I decided to bring my other two daughters as well. The dental assistants are amazing—always friendly and so good at explaining to the kids what they’re going to do. The dentists are thorough, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I have. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful every time we come in. Used to be so nice. Communication between staff and staff and patients are getting worse. I came to the counter to check my kid in when we first got in. Hadn't had a chance to say anything and was told to take a seat and someone would be with us. I was thinking in my head, how would you know who we were to call us? 15 minutes went by and nothing, so I came up to the counter again to a different receptionist, she proceeded to ask for my kids name and appointment time.
