I searched for a while I even went to a dental office where my child was put NPO since midnight and her surgery was at 9am we didn’t start anything till 11. The receptionist were eating at the table in front of all the kids just for me to sit there for two hours. Our first visit had to be postponed due to how busy the doctor was and they were very apologetic that we had to reschedule and did everything they could to make the situation right. During the second visit my daughter was seen by Dr. Lam who was kind and knowledgeable. The Hygienists were friendly and explained everything to myself and my daughter to help ease her anxiety. My daughter will be 9 soon. It was her first visit to the dentist. I will tell you, they were so accommodating, they frequently checked on both the patient and parent. They asked questions about her comfortability, and informed me in detailed on what issues they were and what they're going to fix. I love this place I would not take her anywhere else. Thank you everyone in this facility.
The dentist who saw my son today commented on how “chunky” he is and “how much does he weigh?!” He’s not even 2. I should have stood up for my son but I didn’t and I feel guilty about it. I’m sick of older women making rude uncalled for comments about peoples bodies to their faces thinking it’s okay just because they’re children. No maam. Amazing Dentists.. so happy I found them. I went to a separate dental office prior and they were persistent about putting my 4yr old to sleep to work on her teeth. I got a second opinion. What do you know it is possible to do the work with laughing gas only.
