My daughter had her frenectomy done here and has been going every 6 months since. The waiting room is great for children, the receptionists are always kind and smiling and the hygienists and doctor are efficient but thorough. I highly recommend!
I’ve been searching for a pediatric dentist for my kids since moving to Maryland nearly four years ago, and MD Children’s Choice Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is the first office where I’ve genuinely felt comfortable. Both of my kids need ongoing dental maintenance and some dental work, and I have one child who is neurodivergent, so finding a practice where I feel like my kids are understood, cared for, and communicated with appropriately is especially important to me. My granddaughter was anxious to see Dr A. today; however, she was not in the MD office as we were expecting; (I was under the impression that I made this appointment per her availability in the MD office). Dr Granger was super nice. I was highly impressed with her service and my granddaughter was very happy. She definitely gets 5 stars from me, however, I am on the fence about remaining with this practice because we can’t see Dr A (as expected) on our visits. Again 5 stars for today’s visit. Nice meeting Dr Granger.
Hi, im absolutely disappointed today. I left work to pick up my son from school (Glen burnie) to attend his appointment at 1.30pm. We managed to walk into the office at 1.40pm and was refused to see the ortho doctor by the front office. I requested to speak with some one in charge or the doctor and still not assistance. We were kept there until we couldn't wait anymore and we left to avoid causing a scene. I think the office can do better. My daughter is 4 and was not too excited when we visited a traditional dentist, previously. The experience at this office was PHENOMENAL!! It was super busy and we had to wait a little bit but I would have waited even longer for the service. My daughter was put at ease, the hygienist SANG the steps to my daughter as she was doing the cleaning. It was like being in a real life episode of Miss Rachel. I highly recommend this office for your children's dental needs, especially if they are apprehensive about the dentist.
The Dentists and hygienists here are so phenomenal with young children. My toddler has had wonderful experiences with his first cleanings due to the patience and friendliness of these professionals who took the time to desensitize, educate, and sing to him during his visit. Happy to have found this office!
