We have been there twice. The tooth filling went fine, but extraction was very painful. My son 9 years old had his teeth extracted or restored before, and i ve never seen him cry or complain so much about the pain. The doctor said he just felt uncofmortable pressure, but my son says he felt acute pain during and after the procedure. Its not ok to feel pain. Probably anesthesia did not work properly. So it was a bad experience, and my son is never going to return there again.
The office prioritizes children having fun at the dentist. They have an entire basement for the bunny rabbits for kids to play with and plenty of toys in the waiting room. The staff is so friendly and there is an option for the kids to see slideshows of animals while they get their teeth checked. Who knew the dentist could be fun.
They are great, I recommend it! My children loved the consultation. 🥰 We mothers when we take our children to an appointment, whether at the dentist or anywhere, we need to feel safe and be sure to welcome our children, this is the place. Thank you guys! 🙏🏻🫶🏻
Great staff! Great team! They definitely make sure each child is comfortable before any procedure. Highly recommend Bringing your child here. They take extra care and time if a child has a disability. 🙏🏼😊
If you have an infant/toddler that has never been to the dentist, please, please, P L E A S E do them and yourself a favor and go visit Dr, B's office. They made my toddlers first dental visit a JOY! They were patient with allowing my little one time to acclimate to the unknown environment as opposed to rushing him through the process. The entire staff, from the front desk, to Dr. B herself, came out to introduce themselves and make him feel welcomed and create excitement and wonder.
