I had my children with Dr. Lee, who is an excellent doctor, he treated them since they were little at the desert inn and Canada location. But they closed and moved me to this place. The staff is also very friendly, only now it takes up to 6 months for a treatment, which is why I was forced to change my kids.
I just had the pleasure of talking to Brenda. She was amazing in helping me find an emergency appointment for my 5-year old who unfortunately has cavities. She was kind, fast, compassionate and truly great with people. Thanks Again Brenda Appt 09152022 @ 230pm.
The team was great and the customer service was really good. The only problem is that you guys have a bad AC and it is probably about 85-90 degrees in that building. Your employees should not be working under those conditions and especially not a pregnant one. I didn’t get her name but the pregnant one was so sweet and patient with my son.
Liam always has a pleasant experience while at his appointments. The staff are always welcoming, polite and caring. The dentist are always conscious that they are dealing with children so they try to reassure my son that he is in safe hands an can relax. When he is nervous or scare they comfort him with lighthearted tales an jokes. Then give him praise for being fearless. I appreciate the job they do.
I 100% recommend this place because I had a bad experience at another dentist’s. My son didn’t want to go to the dentist anymore because of it. Then I found this place on Google and it had great reviews, I wanted to try going to this place and I don’t regret going to this dentist. I talked with doctor Lee and he understood our situation and was patient with my son when he was nervous at first.
