I recently brought my dog, Scout, in because he was having diarrhea and vomiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was clean. Dr. Dillard was thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. They were gentle with Scout during the exam, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the follow-up text to check on how he was doing in the days after the visit. I highly recommend this clinic for their quality and compassionate care.

The staff was amazing!! I absolutely recommend anyone use this animal hospital- the veterinarian is so compassionate caring loving and knowledgeable- her passion shows in her work!!! So grateful for Dr Dillard and staff. The fit is in during an emergency. Walked in office and directly taken back to room. The Vet Tech were attentive, they were so kind and reassuring during a stressful time. They quickly addressed our concerns! Definitely will be back!

Dr Ratliff and the staff at Chimney Rock are top notch! We had to put our elderly pet to sleep. They were very kind, caring, helpful and professional.

New client and saw they advertised farm calls. We had a sheep with respiratory symptoms that were worsening. They scheduled a call the same day and arrived on time. We also needed rabies vaccine for 4 horses and they accommodated in the same call. Quickly diagnosed the problem and treated with injection. She is greatly improved and we are hopeful for full recovery. Courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. Highly recommend.
