Other reviewers were correct. Okonkwo will overcharge you hundreds because they have poor time- management skills. You’ll join a 10 minute session and will get billed for an hour because “that’s what it took to do backend paperwork”. It’s like going to a restaurant, buying a $15 dollar burger, and then getting the bill for $50 because the rest will cover how long it took the chef to plate it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM … EDIT: they will tell you basically what they get on a PR manual , give you an email address but basically ghost you and keep charging you for services they did not provide …. If I could give this service zero stars, I absolutely would. LifeStance has awful customer service. When I tried to file a claim, they made no effort to resolve the issue.
