Oh Nick, how I will remember your unique way of saying you're burnt out and just don't have any interest in putting any effort into customer service! I have been going to this location off and on for decades, and it has really hit rock bottom. Nick was very decisive when telling me his visual estimate of 4oz of chicken was less than he scooped and made sure to put back that extra - not a couple pieces but instead a small handful. This was my first time trying this Chipotle with my family and it was a disaster. The burrito tasted fine when I ate it, but the next morning I woke up with severe stomach pain. I spent hours sick with vomiting and diarrhea and had to see a doctor. My whole family got sick as well, although I had it the worst. We have eaten at many fast food places and never had food poisoning until now.

Severe food safety issue at this location: At 9:20 pm, the female Mexican server(around 20 years old) dripped the dirty liquid of box container into my plate. The sour cream is totally gone, instead of getting a box of new sour cream which take 3 seconds, she takes out the entire sour cream container and tried to drip it. The dirty liquid outside of the container box all dripped into my food. She kept doing it, and I have to tell her to put the container down because the dirty liquid dripped into my food. I ordered two bowls, both with double protein. The first one already seemed a little light, but I let it slide. When I opened the second bowl, though, I was honestly shocked. I had paid for double steak, and I wish I was exaggerating, but I could literally count the pieces of meat in there. The entire bowl was light all around, like corners were cut on purpose. This is my second time being at this location and I believe the young man who I’ve been helped by both times is the manager but I didn’t catch his name. Anyways his customer service is terrible… EVERYTIME! It’s like he hates being at work. Then he had me waiting while he was doing stuff he could have done after taking my order like restocking non food items.
