I had a really good experience at Chipotle. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just the way I wanted. The ingredients tasted clean and the portions were generous. The staff was quick, friendly, and kept the line moving smoothly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Had to write a second review when I noticed my chips and salsa is missing and my food does not taste like it usually does. I asked for veggie but I was so thrown off by her attitude I didn’t even notice my food was made wrong
The cashier charged me extra and she didn't give me the receipt I bought 1 burrito and 1 bowl and 1 queso i also ordered a drink and redeemed a reward of chips and guac. My total was 38 and she didn't give me the drink so i had to pay for it again. I think she charged me double the reward. I didn't complain because i was with my partner and he was very hungry but we are definitely not going back to this location.
I used to always come to this location but they started rationing way too much. Especially when you pay almost $15 for a simple bowl and burrito, minus the guac still, it’s pushing $20 with guac. But they give tiny tiny little portions at this location now. And on top of that the staff looks unhappy to help. This location just sucks in general. You pay $16 for them to ration all the servings. I thought maybe it was just a fluke visit the first time, but if happened again today. Not worth the money and I feel like everyone hear always has an attitude problem. I think I'll pass on Chipotle all together at this point. Too many inconsistencies lately.
