This is the worst Chipotle around the area. Constantly dropping the ball. Half of the workers have no idea what is going on or what to do. This right here is what drew the line. I paid extra for a side of guacamole and they clearly gave me two day old guacamole. This is disgusting. Why am I being given old guacamole, especially after paying additional for it? I ordered online. When I went in at the estimated time for my food to be ready, it wasn’t. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, a worker checked again, still it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later, they ask for the name, saying they don’t have it, so I showed them the app confirmation and email confirmation. Still, I hadn’t received my food, and the workers were not doing much to help me. Hello, our experience at your restaurant with children was a bit challenging. The staff seemed impatient when kids were placing their orders, and it felt like they were rushing them. Also, there wasn’t enough explanation about which dishes are spicy and which are kid-friendly, so children didn’t have enough time to choose. We hope that with a little more patience and guidance, you can create a better experience for families and young customers.

Food great need to know what you want because they move the line very quickly which is great. However it's so noisy and heavy accent couldn't hear clearly I end up with something on my bowl that I normally put on side. The restaurants was messy drink station and seating area.

I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years and they have always delivered quality food and service. But today's order was the first time I have been disappointed with their quality of food. Both bowl orders had chunks of avacado and cloves of onion that were not prepared correctly. The rest of the bowl was subpar to what they usually would deliver, hopefully this location can improve their quality of food preparation which i believe in they are capable of doing.
