For me, this Chipotle store had the best food of them all. Their chicken seems perfect -- Tender & Delicious.   But lately i haven't seen the Filipina chef who always worked the grill weekdays -- maybe she's on vacation, but i hope she'll be back bc it concsistently it seemed her chicken was perfect! This very convenient Mmmmexico food hashery has a very limited traditional menu. It’s situated near a University that during the all of my visits never happened not to be cramped with Uni students which became frustrating during meal time as queue tends to be like unending. And at weeknights, it seemed very in demand - still crowded. I love Chipotle but the Waterford lakes location is hands down the slowest service I've ever seen. There isn't the slightest sense of urgency any time I've ever been there and I've chosen to leave rather than wait several times
