When I went in to pick up my order the restaurant dining room was filthy and unkept. This should have been a warning as to cleanliness of the area where my food was prepared. After finding hairs in multiple entrees and a STICK WITH A LEAF, the entire order for multiple people went into the trash. I have been coming to the Burnsville location for over 20 years and will never go back after my most recent experience.
i don’t know who is sizing these portions but EVERY SINGLE TIME i have ordered from here there’s hardly any food in the bowl!! EVEN if you purchase EXTRA you get the same amount or less! It’s ridiculous, whoever the manager is get your servers portions right. EXTRA RICE WHERE?!
Reading all the reviews and it appears I’m not alone. I don’t like to complain but the quality and service at this location has gone downhill over the last 6yrs. What used to be a favorite spot to visit is no longer. The food quality is never consistent, online orders are typically wrong, appearance is disgusting (always trash and food scraps all over the floors and every seat. My bowl was good and so was my daughter's kids meal. But the chips and queso was not. They scrapped the bottom of the queso to give me a side and the chips where burnt/ old oil. Not good. Don't think I will go back to that one.
This location has always been a little frustrating but today I had an awful experience. I mobile ordered to try and save some time and arrived shortly before the app said my order was ready. Once it said it was ready, it never came out. It was busy, but when a staff member finally asked what I was waiting for they took 10 minutes to figure out that they never started my order (he said someone else took it but I find that unlikely because, again, I was in store before the app said my order was ready).
