I picked up a nail in one of my tires last Saturday, and brought my car to Chloe’s garage. They quickly got my car up on the rack, removed the tire and patched it. Even though they were very busy, they fit me in very quickly and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Fantastic service, very professional, reasonably priced and the shop was quite clean. As a bonus, they had complimentary snacks in the waiting room!!! I have found a trusted auto tire shop, and will definitely return the next time I need service.
Absolutely the best auto repair place ever! The employees really cared about my horrifying breakdown and worked very hard to get me back on the road after an emergency situation that nearly burned up my engine. A major specialty hose had broken and was on the verge of ruining my car with me inside it! I was in a crisis meltdown when I went into their auto repair business in a panic. Another tire service company had told me there was nothing wrong with a tire on my car that kept losing pressure. However, on a Sunday afternoon while out running errands with two young children, the tire was quickly getting worse and felt unsafe. Chloe's happen to be on my route, so we stopped in without an appointment. They were able to help us right away and in fact found a nail in my tire. In a local online group, someone asked for auto mechanic recommendations. Chloe's Auto Repair was recommended a few times by people I trust. Sure enough, a week later, my brakes started grinding, I decided to go to Chloe's. It was an excellent experience from A to Z. They're highly responsive, fast and the new brake pads and rotors were reasonably priced. David was very thoughtful and helpful. I'm updating my review from back in September. Please read my original review below, to understand my frustration and initial 2 star review. I'm updating my review because at my last visit to this Chloe's, and expressing my problems regarding their service oversights, the manager listened to me, didn't argue, and fixed all my issues of complaint.
