We arranged for a Choice ambulette to transport my mother and aunt to a wedding in Brooklyn this past May. The driver was polite and friendly and both of them felt like they were in good hands on their trip. The office staff was also helpful and efficient. I would recommend Choice Medical Transport to anyone, and just booked another trip with them.

Once again, transport has been a disaster. Driver tried to drive away without closing the doors (thank goodness they have a fail safe for that) took the slowest route and since he was already just about an hour late for the lick up, I got to the doctor 45 minutes late and the building was closed. I called dispatch but customer service was non-existent. They actually snarled "what do you want us to do"?
