Since starting my journey with lifestance, I’ve had zero problems with scheduling, rescheduling, billing etc. I’ve been able to try a few different therapists through them and they they’ve been extremely understanding and supportive so I could find the right match. My nurse practitioner has been the most helpful. He explains the logic behind every medical decision so it’s clear, and is very understanding compared to other providers I’ve used.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this out-of-touch "provider" Chris Sobecki. From the very start, he downplayed my symptoms and kept insinuating that I was either lying, exaggerating, or not being "honest with myself". He comes off as very cold, distant, and uncaring. It took him several appointments just to even understand why I was coming there to seek treatment. I’ve only had one visit but I think this dr is going to be great he didn’t handle me at any time throughout our conversation he treated me fair didnt seem to be judgmental. My mom found this place for me because I was having a terrible time at emerald psychiatry so I’m confident this place will be the one that gives me the help I’m looking for
