Chris came to fix a problem with our dryer. He showed up on time (politely calling first when he was about ten minute out) and he was prepared. He had studied up on my dryer and brought along the parts the machine might need, just in case. Which was a good move, because a replacement part was needed! Chris was professional, efficient, friendly, and helpful.
