I enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Carnahan but charging for missed appointments seamed very hard. I'm seventy years old and when I'm sick I easily forget an appointment I don't miss them on purpose and I can't afford the payments. Also, when I'm asleep at the appointed time, my family will not wake me up. Understanding than Christi Carnahan is leaving this, makes things hard for me. But she was very kind and understanding of my situation. Thank you.
My phone is being weird and there has been a lot of lag. That's my fault. Setting up appointments is so easy. It's very non-stressful. Even calling the office to change appointments works very smoothly. This is all a vast improvement from when I first started. Lifestance itself is a very good place to find a therapist.
