Called 3 times on different days. Each time I was sent to voicemail and the mailbox was full. The most recent time I called, I sat and waited for an hour and still didn’t get ahold of anyone. My reason for calling was that I was sent to collections for an unpaid bill but I never got ANY type of notice of the unpaid bill. This isn’t my PCP and I’ve only been there once as a last resort and they pretty much told me that there was nothing they could do…

Woman called my phone a couple days ago & when i called back after i seen it on my phones caller idshe tried to say i called a different clinic when i called back the number that showed up on my phones caller id & tried to say it was about refills when i was trying to file a complaint on a woman at the Martin location

Wonderful experience considering I haven’t been to the doctor in over 15 yrs I was scared i would be talked to negatively and given all kinds of lectures etc but no!! Everyone was very compassionate and understanding my NP truly listened to me and my issues and didn’t pressure me into anything but simply explained my risk I was taking and what a good plan would be either way I decided! I will defiantly use them from now on and feel comfortable going to the doctor once again! I highly recommend this clinic very clean profe... read more

From the time I walked in the office with the receptionist to be checked in to let them know I was there for my appointment, To the time that I walked in to get my blood work (one stick) To the time I walked out of the office was the best experience I've had in any Doctor's office I recommend anyone that needs to see a Doctor they should go see the magnificent people at Christian family medicine. I was told that I had to come to facility to have an Annual exam in order to have my meds refilled. The NPR barely listened to my lungs and called it quits!!! I had labs drawn and a week later I called for results, a couple of my kidney function results were off so much that they suggested I come back in a month for more labs.....Gee glad I called ya'll cause evidently they don't follow up on critical lab results.
