Christian and his team (both times!) were amazing throughout the painful and cumbersome process of purchasing a home. They were incredibly responsive and patient to all our questions, meanwhile facilitating communication between all responsible parties and ultimately successfully allowing us to purchase our dream home. No easy task considering the impromptu nature of the purchase and my status as a 1099.

I completed the initial application through a portal which was very convenient and everything needed was requested upfront elimating any back and forth. Christian was always available to answer any questions. I think he answered his phone every time I called which is rare these days!

Christian and the entire Caliber team are a pleasure to work with. If you are in the market for a home loan you don't need to waste your time vetting other options.
