Extremely pleasant first intake experience definitely felt connected with my new therapist
I had my first session and I didn't feel judged, or uncomfortable. It felt good to be able to talk to someone without judgment. I would refer this counselor.
If I could give negative star I would… I have had 2 appts and both were a No Show by the same Dr… they took my money, but no one showed for the appt… 1st time they said they were unfamiliar with Zoom, yet the Dr was in the meeting while I waited to be let in. Then they left 15min after I waited.. the 2nd visit complete no show
My appointment was Saturday 4:30pm. I did my check in at 10:00Am, I even checked in 15 minutes prior through the portal. Waited 30 minutes and nothing. I immediately sent a message stated this same thing. I am sure I will not hear back till Monday. Not good for a new patient start. I get it- it is Fathers Day weekend. Not my fault if the therapist was scheduled that day. I certainly better NOT BE BILLED. Took my copay and no appointment. I want another therapist who enjoys their job.
