Excellent communicator as I felt she did her homework before I had my appointment. After seeing several physicians for ongoing neck pain and swallowing problems I was at the point I felt I was imagining them. After having an X-ray and a physician saying, "Wow just Wow" "You have so much going on let's have you get an MRI" that is when I felt I was being passed around.
