Dr. Gonzalez is terrific. He is friendly and attentive. Seemed willing to give me all the time I needed and answer every question. He is so knowledgeable and I am impressed that he not only has his practice but does research and is in communication with other Doctors around the world to better understand the condition I have. My only disappointment was that I arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes to be call. Once in the room my wait for Dr. Gonzalez was less than 5 minuets.
Dr. Gonzalez and his staff have all been great to deal with. Dr. Gonzalez has been very personable, understanding, and did a tremendous job in helping resolve my issue in the most patient-friendly manner. I'm very happy with Dr Gonzalez's work and with the entire experience at Loyola.
Dr. Gonzalez was a god send for my husband. He had little hope left after a year and a half of catheters and infections. He performed a urethroplasty and my husband has a better quality of life now! Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and has a good bed side manner! Every person that we delt with at Loyola was very nice and took great care of my husband.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Dr Gonzales met we me about a chronic and recurring issue. He explained things thoroughly and discussed pros and cons to treatment. We have decided to leave things well enough alone and hope time will heal. He comes across as down to earth, empathetic, and very easy to talk to about uncomfortable issues.
