I have been with Chuck Satterwhite State Farm Insurance for many years. I have my automobile and homeowners' insurance through them. I have always found them to be professional and courteous. Recently I had a Homeowners Insurance problem I needed help with. Jennifer helped resolve the issue. She was courteous, professional and empathic to my insurance needs. I could not have navigated this problem without her help. Chuck Satterwhite is fortunate to have Jennifer as an employee.
We are so grateful to State Farm and their friendly, knowlegable staff. Dana was super helpful when my husband & I were preparing to trade in our 2015 RV for a newer 2023 RV. She was thorough with explaining how we needed to keep insurance on the old one until the trade in was final and papers were signed with the purchase of new RV. Thank You Dana for answering all of our questions & walking us through the process!
