If I could give zero I would. I won't mention names but the receptionist is so rude and nasty. No compassion for people that are suffering and struggling during these times. I felt like she kept screaming at me "not my problem!". They want a $4000 bill COD. Then she said 1/2 now and another 1/2 in 3 weeks. A 3 week extensions is all that can be done. She called on a Saturday 11/28/20 with no water emergency and we responded within 1 hour and had her new pump installed & water running within hours. She was quoted a price of $3100 in 2019, so she had a fair idea of the cost.
