I don’t really understand what this review is for—what does booking experience mean/consist of? It was easy to check in online. It was easy to access the waiting room. I can’t figure out if I’ve paid my copay/owe anything though—maybe that could be more clear during check in.
The first counselor I was assigned to, we both had technical issues. We rescheduled but then I was contacted that she was no longer going to work with this organization so they changed me to some one else. I decided to move forward with the new counselor. I was rescheduled and waited for 20 min in the waiting room to only to find out that my insurance was not confirmed.
