my visit there was amazing! Jason was so wonderful listening to my concerns and addressed them all and then some. I really appreciate the entire visit and how everyone was with my girl! And Jason even called me the next day to check on my girl and make sure she did well on the medication she got! Wonderful service, Wonderful vet practice!
The service was very good and the staff treated my puppy with care. They did a nice job with her nail trim. However, I felt the price was quite high at $30 just for a nail cut. Because of that, I may need to look at other options for this type of service, even though I was happy with the care.
Cinco Ranch Vet Hospital was excellent and I felt it was the best place for Maddox. It didn’t take him but about 5 minutes to get comfortable and he started to be inquisitive searching all over the exam room. He also was more comfortable when he got back home. The veterinarian and his assistance were very pleasant and thoroughly explained things to me as a new puppy owner, plus they offer grooming and other services.
I've been bringing my dogs here ever since I moved to Texas two years ago, and I've never had a bad experience. They're super professional, always on time, and treat my kids like their own kids. Everything's spotless, and the staff is really on top of things. I'm definitely planning on sticking with them for a long time.
I have been going to another vet for years, but I had an emergency for my dog & they couldn’t see him. I found Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital & made an online appointment within an hour. I filled out all paperwork, etc online. When we arrived, he was already checked in. Both the staff and Dr. Catherine Gresham were amazing.
