Yesterday I made the mistake of leaving my wedding ring, engagement ring and my Aggie ring in my car when I dropped it off to get detailed at CincoAuto 2. I have called and gone back to the place yesterday asking for them to triple check every thing, yet some how my rings did not show back up. Asked if I could have the names of the people that worked on my car and told me that they couldn’t do that because it was under investigation. They scratched my friends window very badly and refused to take ownership or repair anything. Beware.
Completely over priced. Charge excessive amounts compared to other auto shops. Would go anywhere but here for auto repairs.

To be fair, you chose not to move forward with services that were found after we ran a pre-approved diagnostic tests on your daughter’s car. Those tests found an electrical issue on the module affecting the cooling fan assembly. Don’t take your car to this place they failed miserably on the simplest engine oil change and caused the car stopped on the road, putting my wife in danger and damaged my car engine due to low engine oil pressure. I would give a negative 5 stars on this business if I could. They overcharged my wife for an engine oil change saying they used the best synthetic oil and she needed engine flush and all that cliche mechanic crap. I guess rating depends on how you get treated, or who is serving you. In my case, they wanted to charge 50% more than Christian Brothers, and when asked to price match with estimate in hand, they said absolutely not. Took my car elsewhere and cancelled my 3 year carwash package for 2 cars. Business relationships should be a win-win.
