How sad is your company? My wife took her Lexus up to Cinco Auto 2 at 5341 FM 1463 Rd in Katy 06/23 for an oil change. On 3 different occasion she made the request to put FULL Synthetic oil in her vehicle. Upon check out 2 employees stated that yes FULL synthetic was used however, the mechanic that did the work stated he made a mistake and put in synthetic blend. Matt you may post what you like, you have that right. However, As the owner I met your wife at the register at check out. She mentioned that she asked for full synthetic and I simply pulled the car back in, drained the synthetic blend and changed the sticker and the oil to full synthetic like she asked. I then, as an apology, only charged her for synthetic blend to make up for a mistake and wasting ten minutes of her time. RecommendedI needed to have my truck inspected on the last day of the month, which fell on a Sunday. I was certain it would take a long time given I am not the only one who porcraistnates. I found CincoAuto2 was open and conducting auto Inspections, so went over expecting a long wait. From the time I arrived to the time I left was about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and gave me a coupon for $3 off. They also have a full service car wash and mechanic shop. I dropped my car off to get the oil changed at 3pm. They said they would call me when it was ready, they never called . At 6pm I called to check and nobody answered. I called multiple times in fact. I then went up there to find workers drinking beer behind the building. They told me the car was locked inside and they didn’t have a key so now I have to miss work tomorrow because cinco auto has essentially stolen my car
