Though Cindi Taylor represented the buyer on my listing, she made herself available to me any time I had a question for her. She also worked closely with me and the Title Officer when an issue came up with her buyer. We put our heads together, figured out an appropriate and well thought out solution and we moved forward and kept the transaction in tact.
Cindi was FANTASTIC to work with. She guided us through an easy, quick, and convenient process for refinancing our home from a 30-yr to a 15-year term. She did it without an appraisal, and we felt she was always honest and trustworthy, and helped us make the best choices, unlike any automated system that doesn't customize for our needs. The interest rate was low and our monthly payments from a 30y to the 15y term was not much higher...wonderful!
We were thrilled with how easy and quickly we were able to refinance our home mortgage when the interest rates dropped suddenly. Cindi helped us lock in a low rate during our phone call to her. She provided technology that made uploading required documents a breeze and all signatures were done electronically until the final closing. Cindi was the loan officer on a recent sale and did a great job. She communicated weekly about the status of the loan, responded to emails, and also closed on time. It was a smooth transaction!
Cindi and her team were very quick to answer any questions that I had and made a difficult process as easy and understandable as possible. The program to scan in my documents via my smart phone was very easy to use and saved so much time. Communication was great all through the process and she was available evenings and weekends to answer any questions that came up along the way and worked around my crazy work schedule.
