I would give zero if I could. I called CIOT to confirm that my tile that I ordered and paid for months ago was available for pickup. Hanna told me she would check and call me back. Hanna called me back, confirmed that the tile was available for me to pick up at the Vaughan warehouse the following morning. Based on this, I scheduled my tile contractor and took two hours off work. Very disappointing to wait for the order almost 2 hours. The gentlemen in the front ( supervisor presumably) kept me waiting in the office area while suppose to go directly to the pickup door. He made excuses why it takes so long to pickup 8 boxes of tiles which took 7 min to load it .
Terrible customer experience. Coming from 1.5 hours away, I called at 10 a.m. to see if we needed an appointment. I was told we did so I made one for 2 p.m. When we arrived we were told the sales person was on lunch and will be here shortly. At 2:15 we asked again. Then heard the girls at the front scramble and talk amongst themselves saying "Oh shoot I forgot I told her I would handle this, she took a walk before they came."
