Easily made appointment. Staff friendly and efficient. Dentist very personable and professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly and was sensitive to the challenges I am facing. I am happy that Circle City Dentists of Sebring accepts my insurance. I have found my new dental office!
I just had my first visit at circle City and had contact with several staff members there. They and Dr Campbell were extraordinarily patient, kind mannered and professional in their approach to address my dental needs. They gave me time to express my philosophy in regard to treatment that I need for the balance of my brief lifespan, since I will be 87 in a couple of weeks. An awesome office. Started with signing up the appointment Kathy and there was a beautiful young woman also there sorry I forgot her name. It was a process it was an amazing place then I saw the hygienist the hygienist actually did the photos x-rays then she cleaned my teeth you went over everything in details what needed to be done and what I had professionalism excellent. My first visit at this dental provider was very satisfactory. The staff is very nice and took the initiative to help me getting my X-ray from a previous reluctant dentist office, showing they cared a lot about their patients. The hygenist took time to do a professional oral health screening, providing additional advice on how to maintain good dental health. My appointment today was very good. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist made me feel relaxed. Dr Campbell was kind and she explained my options. All in all, I had a great experience. I had my second visit today and it was just as pleasant as the first visit. The staff is so friendly.
