I had to reschedule the cruise once & a staff member resolved that for me easily. The sunset cruise itself was very enjoyable & comfortable. Everyone on board was willing to assist me in my wheelchair. The staff that helped me on and off the boat were amazingly helpful, cheerful, & kind. I do wish I'd chosen a sunset cruise with some narration. I didn't think I'd miss it, but it would have been useful. I think my kids (teens & early 20s) would have gotten more out of it. I did the liberty express cruise today with my two daughters, and it was amazing! Great views of downtown Manhattan, the statue, and our tour guide, Andy, was amazing! Lots of fun, a great value, and highly recommend! We showed up at about 12:50 for the 1 PM cruise and didn’t have to wait at all, and the boat wasn’t super packed. 10/10 experience!!
This was probably one of if not the best experience... Granted it was busy, very busy and us getting there early turned out to be a very good idea. The open deck filled up very quickly, probably because of the weather. The guide himself was very enthusiastic and chatty and gave a great insight to all the sights with facts and info. This cruise was such a great experience from start to finish! The views were beautiful, the ride was smooth, and everything felt well organized. But the real highlight was Nathan – he was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing outing!
A good cruise to explore the city from the rivers and to get close to the Statue of Liberty. The staff are kind and the boat is spacious. My only criticism is that the windows were very dirty. So if the weather is bad then you won't be able to enjoy the view from inside the boat.
