I will NEVER stay there again. There was no pool and no access to the the Silver Legacy pool as advertised by Booking and on the Circus Circus website. In addition, the front desk staff did not admit that when questioned. The front desk staff gave little to no correct information in response to the simplest questions about the hotel. They accomodated us with a discount fourth night after airline changed our flights. This is the ONLY reason this was not a completely negative review.

Too expensive for the quality The room was dirty, there was a diaper in the trash. The lamps and coffee maker were super dusty. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Our room was not cleaned the first day. The outside is the hotel smells like pee. The coffee shop in the lobby

Bad stay Staff was rude and the shuttle was broken had to walk a long way with our luggage and bowling bag and 10 vending machines were broken. Then the lights were unplugged and there was no champagne in our room that i asked for our anniversary. Room was nice.

Expensive, rude staff, broken items in room Room located in Skytower - I am 63 with a recent shoulder injury. When I got around the corner as directed I discovered that the shuttle/tram was shut down. I had to lug my bags all the way across to the sky tower - took several trips, then back out the next morning. Very painful for my shoulder. Hall guard very rude and unhelpful. Disappointing I know everyone has very few employees at this time. That’s when management should step in and help clean rooms.

Very Poor Over priced as well as wasn't helpful in timely manner ....I was given two different prices at booking and was charged 60 dollars more . Room was big .

Fair Would like to have a microwave and bigger room size for double queen. Hate the long and strangely convoluted commute to the parking garage and hotel lobby. Hate the stuffiness of the casino. Clean, large bathroom, and large TV
