Exceptional
Pleasant we got a room in the sky tower and the instructions we from the receptionist were really minimal: pass the gift-shop, up the escalator, to the elevators. After going up the escalator, there were many people lost we couldn’t find the elevator. You need a sign for sky tower to direct people where to go. There’s no direction after you go up the escalator.

Front staff was friendly and my room was comfortable and quiet. When I walked in, hotel registration arrow pointed down an escalator that was not working (and there were no stairs). I had a hard time locating the front desk, and finally asked a security guard how to get there. They need to fix that escalator!! Also, definitely needs some updating! Staff at front desk were really friendly and nice and my room was really quiet. Very happy with the accommodations and the price!

We enjoyed our stay. We were very pleased with the room . The bed, bathroom & the rest of the room was clean & comfortable. Our room was also close to the elevator , which we appreciated.

Fair stay for one night The room was far from the reception, there was supposed to be a shuttle inside the hotel but it wasn’t operating so we had to walk with our luggage for a very long distance. The room was spacious and quiet.
