Overall, a very nice pleasant stay; maybe I'll have to stay longer. El Jeffe's looked like they were understaffed; after an hour's wait in line. The waitress did do the best she could, forgot my coke; but the bus boys were very supportive. The room was clean and just what I expected. Grace the front desk manager was very accommodating to move me to a room closer to the elevator due to my difficulty in walking.

Great place to crash in Reno for a weekend trip! The bed was very Comfortable and the room was very clean. Location was Perfect!
