Overall it was a good experience, met our expectations Caesars is only staffing the main lobby for Circus Circus so there was no "lobby service" in our building (main lobby was about a block away. Getting from main lobby to our room required us to walk across a couple of sky bridges and transit some staircases, if we had a car we could have parked in the building we stayed and avoided that inconvenience of baggage handling Circus Circus is now part of the Caesars Rewards and that was a nice perk. Wonderful Overall a pretty clean room, however the bathroom floor had some long hair on it, they need to vacuum or mop the floor better. Clean room, comfortable bed. Overall a nice experience. Easy check out. Easy to access all of downtown Reno.

Overall, nice stay. Not enough restaurants open. $25 minimum bets at tables was ridiculous. I originally thought the room was very clean until I turned the nightstand light on. The dust was thick on the clock and nightstand. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very large and bathroom was also.
Good No housekeeping.
Exceptional The bartenders were inexperienced. I ordered and paid for multiple drinks that tasted awful. 1 drink was made to replace a poor drink but was just as bad. The staff was kind and attentive. The steam feature in the shower was nice.
Good No valet, yet they were parking cars right in front of registration door. Hard to constantly walk back & forth to parking lot when you are disabled & use a walker. No bell service to help with luggage. Beds were not properly made on last day of trip.
