Awesome Room Unfortunately there was an Amway convention checking in and there was utter chaos. No one was directing or organizing anyone, anywhere. Hundreds of people were just standing around and you couldn’t figure out where to checK In. We left for 2 hours and came back and there were finally staff trying to organize the check in. They could’ve attempted this in the 15 minutes we attempted to check in prior, but we didn’t see any staff at that time. Wonderful The water pressure in the sink was terrible, the tub kept flooding because the drain cover kept closing after lifting it up many, many times! So ANNOYING!!! No microwave in the room anymore??!! How are you supposed to warm up cold food?? I liked the set up in the mini King suite. The bed was a great size and having the room separated from a "living" room was cool!! This side of the hotel is so much better!! You should make The Tower the same or at least better!
