Pleasant They [front desk] made my son wait over 6 hours before I arrived to check in after I spoke with a representative from booking.com and added him. A Circus Circus told me that it was booking.com fault. They did even take his luggage for the duration. Not very happy. I feel both the hotel and booking.com dropped the ball and made a misunderstanding much worse. No remedy was even offered. No manager contacted me.. Just deal with it. That is the policy l was told.
