Not terrible but not amazing. It took us an hour to check in. They did not have enough staff for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. The receptionist helped us with an upgrade since our room wasn’t ready at the time we asked to check in.
Wonderful
Good Elevators were slow, small, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get to the lobby. The food places didn't stay open very late. All the staff was very polite as well as apologetic about the waiting time and inconveniences that everyone had to deal with.

A fun place for families. There could have been more towels and blankets supplied. The morning cafe was very expensive. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was located centrally.
