Fair There were issue with cleanliness overall at the hotel, this may be because it’s a casino but would not stay here again. There was a man’s boxer left behind from the previous guests in our closest. We called front desk multiple times to get assistance for it to be removed and either they would never pickup the call or when they did they would say they’d send someone to remove it and clean and never did. At the end of our stay that unknown boxer was still there, we didn’t feel comfortable using that area for our belongin... read more

All good, except for the elevator problem. Really affects elderly and wheelchair bound guests! Elevators were not sufficient for the number of guests. 45 minute wait for elevators going down from top floors Clean, friendly staff

It was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of working facilities (e.g. the long elevator lines). There were six elevators and we were always waiting to ride the elevators. We had to transport luggage using two sets of stairwells and this was extremely inconvenient. Your staff refused to help us check in and insisted that we use the kiosk to check in. Then we went to use the restroom and there was a cleaning woman who stood next to us and was clearly visibly upset thst we were usubg the restroom. The cafe prices were exhor... read more

Very Poor No microwaves in the rooms, 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we arrived, hotel staff did not give very good directions on how to get to the room, talked into paying more just to stay on the actual casino side for nothing extra, resort fees are ridiculous when you use nothing that the resort has to offer. I liked having all the food in one location.

Terrible. Would love a refund. First of all, I booked a king room. They sent us to a gross double queen that wasn’t anything like the pictures. Ugly, no view.. had to do so much walking with heavy bags. My boyfriend has kidney stones and I have a hernia and neither of us are supposed to carry heavy things. Everyone was rude there. I was charged more that a signed up for. Then we went to the food court and tried to go to Piezzetta and stood there a few minutes and multiple people walked by us that were working in there and no... read more

Long walk to the sky tower Didn't know we would have to walk so far to get to our room in the sky tower. My husband is a disabled veteran who is currently struggling with over exertion. The walk was way too much. We will reconsider next time we come to reno. The room was very nice

Bad Where do I start?! 1. When we got to the hotel, the direct route to check in escalators were down. We had to follow all the signs through the casino with our luggage to find the front desk. 2. When we finally found the front desk, I told the woman that, that was the worst trying to get from the parking garage to the front desk. She couldn't give a rats ass. 3. She gave us a room on the 21st floor - fine. Getting to our room was awful. When our elevator opened, the HEAT smacked us in the face blowing fiercely. Um, It's th... read more
