The dog should get fed 1st real quick. The confusing parking lot to the room pathway during construction got me lost and rescued twice for 2 hours and I was just going to the car for dog food real quick before ordering dinner and by the time I got to order most options had closed, gambling time completely lost. The staff. The room was adequate.

Not sure if I will be coming back to the Circus-Circus in Reno, NV. Front desk employees walked through the motions of their job and at times were not helpful. A Hotel- Casino in the desert without a pool?

I will never stay at Circus Circus Reno again unless they make significant changes. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I tried to add a room and/or upgrade my room, and the staff was very rude. I asked the online concierge (via text), as shown on my email confirmation, for an upgrade. I received a response with pricing and was advised to go to the front desk, which I did, and I was told, "There is no way, I'm giving you that room for that price". Adequate Noisy - not great sound proofing. No makeup mirror. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Bed comfortable. A/C worked very well.
Will not stay again. Stuffy, not well vented. At night, the elevators would be backed up with around 40 to 50 people. Takes so long we had to take emergency stairs to get to our floor numerous times. Sometimes, even if no one was at elevators, it would take 10 to 15 minutes for one to finally stop on our floor. The top lock was broken on our door, and the refrigerator made very loud noises every couple of minutes. The kids area. Arcade and dining were awesome.

Bad The room had very thin walls and windows, so it was very noisy. I had to buy earplugs to sleep. It was a long distance from check-in to the rooms. We had to lug suitcases up and down stairs to get to our room. We had to wait in a long line just to get in an elevator to go up to our room on the 12th floor (so stairs weren’t an option). Overall, I was very disappointed with our experience and will never stay there again.
