Would never stay there again That you had to walk a long distance and up stairs to get to sky tower. A ramp wasn't provided only stairs that is very hard on people with bad backs and knees. I booked online and wasn't told this up front
Dirty Hallway and Foul Odor Hallway carpet dirty and ugly odor. Mini fridge was leaking in room. Room was not what was advertised. Old and not updated.
Uncomfortable and restless. Was expecting Luxury/Premium room that I reserved to have more than a brick wall view. Beds to be ( LUXURY) or at least comfortable, instead of feeling like sleeping on a board. There was nothing luxury or premium about those beds. Convenient location. Close restaurant choices. Easy Hwy access.

after we found registration it was great. Poor signs to direct guest to sign in. escalator was out of service and no signs to tell you where to go. rooms where very clean

Very ordinary. No real concern for the customers is likely to be shown How can they charge a "resort fee" when there is no pool and the gym is in another building? It was all pretty grungy. What kind of place has rooms available but wont allow an early check in unless they can rip you off first! Not much.
Personally won’t be back. Old. Rundown. Looked like they were trying to do some construction. Very needed, that is for sure. Reno is not a very clean town anymore. We probably won’t make it back there.
Not pleasant Restaurants were poor for service. Carpets dirty. No water pressure in showers. New bartenders were clueless. Not much.
