Decent stay; better than the Circus Circus in Vegas, but definitely not worth the price paid. Cons: - Access to the yellow parking garage if you have a stroller and/or luggage is a pain. There is no rampway so we either had to carry our baby in our stroller up and down the stairs or take the handicap elevator which is time consuming. - Minimal signs posted throughout the hotel required us to ask staff for directions for most places we were trying to find. - Restaurant and food selection is minimal. - Understanding that there... read more
Very bad Costumer service Ugly
Besviken Man blir tvingad att betala en resortavgift om 37 dollar pp oavsett längden vistelsen. Vi var där mindre än 24 timmar och kunde inte tillgodogöras rumsstädning, pool, parkering etc som de sa ingick i denna avgift. Detta var inget som tydligt kommunicerades innan. Rummen var mycket slitna och inte alls som på hotells bilder. Inget stämde tyvärr. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell till någon. Det som var bra att det fanns transport till och från hotellet samt att det låg i Downtown om man ville.
Disappointing
Don’t stay here. Spend $50 more to stay at grand sierra resort Rooms smell like smoke. Entire casino allows smoking. Staff is horrible and literally said we were one person and we didn’t matter. Location was good if you want downtown which is pretty scummy.
Bad
Failed. Didn't like the fact that 100s of people had to use the fire stairs on Easter sunday because 3 lifts were down. NO, there wasn't a fire!!. There were people coming down from the 19th floor because the lifts were full. We were only on the 2 floor and couldn't get a lift. Old and young. Im 60 and had to take all our stuff down the fire stairs. I expected better from the Row complex. We've stayed there numerous times. We probably won't stay there again. Things where clean and tidy.
