Bad The hotel is old needs new remodeling. The Food court really dirty.. Dirty floors couldn’t find a clean table. Reception to checkin was a nightmare long lines almost 30 mins or more to check in. in the room the tv didn’t have any channels .. the refrigerator had cups from the previous people that stayed in the room they didn’t clean it right. I love Circus Circus, but the staff was unbearable The arcade staff shut the arcade down 15 minutes early. When I asked why, they said to come when they open in the morning. When I said I leave before they open and had just put 30 dollars on my game card, they continued to shut down the games WHILE MY KID WAS PLAYING THEM and then when he cashed in his tickets, they took his gaming card that still had 10 bucks on it. Worst stay EVER! This hotel is horrible! This hotel stay was a complete disaster. This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly, lots of broken down equipment.
Disappointing Essen nicht toll.Rolltreppen defekt.Der Wind drang durch Klimaanlage rein.Das Hotel hat eindeutig die besten Tage hinter sich. Aussicht über Stadt/ Lage
kind of a bummer. enough said. got billed for double booking. even billed twice for the resort fees. am partially blind and not as coordinated any more. front desk assistant was terrible. kept getting me out of line to do the self check in and then when she said she would help I ended up waiting while at least 100 guest just simply checked in. this may be the last time at this spot even with the good location.
