Employees were very nice and helpful but cleanliness couldn’t have been way better At check in we were recommended and upgraded to lil bigger rooms so we took it gladly rooms were big but 2 bathroom lights were out pieces of hair still on the sink and counters no hand soap in the bathroom hair dryer didn’t work all that was in room 1916 we also had room 1914 which was cleaner than the other than later at night we all were locked out rooms went down to check about the key and learned it wasn’t just our key but few other custo... read more

Bad 4am airport shuttle means whenever it shows up. Missed my flight. May not be able to get on another until tomorrow. NOT HAPPY!
Fair All of the escalators were shut down made it hard to navigate through the casino The sky tower should have more security we saw a lot of homeless during the day and night in the lobby or bottom floor of the sky tower sleeping in corners and behind old counters
