Awful and I will never stay there again. Accommodations were awful. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Hard to find the room that I was staying in pricing did not match what I was supposed to pay for. I did not like any of my experience staying in this hotel I would never stay there again and I would never recommend it to somebody else to stay there.
People on next room were fighting all night, disrupting with foul language and screams. Electric stairs were broken, causing further walking Convenient location and very family oriented, plus friendly staff

Fair Room only had decaf coffee. Two lights in the room didn’t work. The shower didn’t drain and in the middle of the night the heater started making a loud humming sound. Location and the attractions were great.

Clean but beware of hidden fees. Instructions to find our room were hopeless. The lift at first didn’t work and there was a plate of fettuccine dumped in the corner…we assumed it was a service lift. Then in the small print we had to literally pay the cost of the night again in a nightly fee for stuff we didn’t use. Feeling totally ripped off. Clean.

Fair Room want super clean there was damage to one of the doors and part of the door frame was off and set next to where it was supposed to be. Also at around 8am housekeeping came into the room even though we had a do not disturb and our check out was later that day. Good location
