Nice get away for a night. Half the escalators didn’t work. Had to walk a long ways to the rooms. It’s in the middle of everything. Lots of things to do nearby.
Nightmare experience! Very bad I never been treat so bad by a hotel manager and receptionists. Its was a nightmare. They charge you $50 for a shows program but they dont have any shows during the week.

The worst $300 spent on lodging in a really long time So, I was staying at the wing, to get there I had to take a passage that had 4 sets of stairs with no elevator option. My suitcases were heavy, not staff assistance were available, it was quite a workout. Overall, resort is old and quite outdated, cleanness leaves a lot to be desired, food options in the resort lacking healthy options. Location is great
